iCam's Home Health Care is a professional home healthcare service provider offering in-home nursing, post-operative care, elderly care, physiotherapy, and related health monitoring services. These Terms govern your use of our services, website, and digital platforms.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals residing in our service areas who require professional home-based healthcare. By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or are a parent/legal guardian booking on behalf of a minor
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current
  • You have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the patient

3. Services

3.1 Scope of Services

iCam's Home Health Care provides home-based healthcare services as agreed upon during consultation and booking. Our services are delivered by qualified and trained healthcare professionals. Specific services, schedules, and care plans are confirmed at the time of engagement.

3.2 Limitations

Our services are supplementary in nature and are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In the event of a medical emergency, patients and caregivers must contact emergency services (112 or nearest hospital) immediately. iCam's Home Health Care shall not be liable for delays arising from emergency situations outside our control.

3.3 Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected patients wherever possible.

4. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked via our website, mobile app, or phone
  • Patients or caregivers must provide accurate medical information prior to the appointment
  • iCam's Home Health Care will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled timings; however, delays may occur due to traffic, prior appointments, or other circumstances
  • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance

5. Patient Responsibilities

Patients and their caregivers agree to:

  • Provide a safe and accessible environment for our healthcare professionals
  • Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions truthfully
  • Follow the care plan and instructions provided by our professionals
  • Treat our staff with respect and ensure their personal safety during visits
  • Ensure a responsible adult is present during all care sessions

6. Payment & Billing

  • All service fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is due as per the schedule agreed at the time of booking
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, net banking, and other approved methods
  • Non-payment may result in suspension of services
  • Invoices and receipts will be provided for all payments made

7. Confidentiality

All information shared with our staff in connection with healthcare services is treated as strictly confidential. Our professionals are bound by professional ethical obligations and company policies to maintain the privacy and dignity of all patients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and application — including text, graphics, logos, and service materials — is the intellectual property of iCam's Home Health Care and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCam's Home Health Care shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete medical information provided by the patient
  • Delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
